ASU Series continuous flow Air Start Units are designed to start jet engines, producing 180 ppm/ 290 ppm of airflow with adjustable air pressure at up to 42 psi. The unit consists of a diesel engine with latest emissions compliant diesel, air cooled & oil free rotary screw compressor and air regulating system, sound attenuation material, and convenience operate contol panel.

Regulation

• Micro controller based. Variable flow and a constant pressure of 41 psig (2,83 bar) are achieved by control of engine speed and the out air through a flow control valve. This makes the air start unit versatile and universal in its application.
