Aircraft deicer is an equipment which can spray deicing liquid or antiicing  liquid under set pressure and temperature to aircraft body (partial or entire body), in order to eliminating the ice on the surface of aircraft. It also can be used for maintenance, inspection and clearance with the equipped  lifting working platform.
